The weights are relative to their Level Number.

2 pounds/.9kg
3 pounds/1.4kg
4 pounds/1.8kg
5 pounds/2.3kg

There is no level 1 because we like to keep you on your toes. Actually, it is because we planned for levels 1-5 but our manufacturer was unable to make the materials work with 1 pound and 1.5 didn't make sense.
