The Starter bungee that is included with all monkii 360s is a perfect starting resistance for all users. Once you have built your baseline level of fitness, Beginners and Intermediate monkiis should make their Advanced Training Focus: Cardio or Core. More advanced/insane monkiis should go with Hybrid or Tactical.
For MassCore, we recommend starting with Level 2 if you are a complete beginner, Level 3 if you have some experience, and just skip to Level 5 (Tactical) if you are a badass.
