We offer a large training collection, but it can be overwhelming to know how to get started. Especially when you see exercises like monkii Complex, and no Google search will explain THAT to you!
For most monkiis it is ideal to start with our monkii app, which is free to download via Apple and Google Play stores. Select the device you are working with. For MB2/Pocket and the monkii 360, under Programs you will find the 21 Day monkii Habit. This will detail many of the moves you will find in our other training material. It will help you get familiar with the names and terms used, as well as how you prefer to set up your bars for each exercise.
Our app also offers a Workout Library that will let you check out each move.
From there, the jungle canopy is the limit!
Our various devices all offer both free/included training and the option to upgrade to premium training programs. They are available on our webstore to check out here: Training Manuals. Please note that these manuals are specific to our various devices. Backpacker, Tactical 1 and Tactical 2 were designed for our monkii bars 2 and are PDFs only. They are not available on our app and do not work with the isocore or 360 devices.
