The monkii 360 training has the 21 day Habit and the 36 day Challenge included with all purchases. You also will be given the choice of 1 Advanced Training Focus. You can choose more if you like, they require a separate purchase to ensure you get the right bungees for wild goals.
The Tactical 4 training is our hardest. Most monkiis will need to work up to it and still will find it challenging. This is not for beginners, this is for those who are high-intermediate to advanced in their functional fitness who are ready to shake things up!
Cardio is for monkiis focused on fat burning and weight loss. It is interval/timed focus with higher reps and lower weight/resistance to ensure your heart rate stays high throughout.
Core focus is for monkiis looking to focus on core-strength. This does result in a good over-all body workout, but the concentration is in the upper legs through the lower back and all of the abdominals. It combines cardio and strength with a higher focus on strength, so more low reps, higher weight and fewer interval/timed workouts.
Hybrid combines the best of both worlds. It includes ample interval/timed workouts as well as low rep, high weight strength. The bands are higher resistance to add more difficulty.
If you are a beginner, Cardio is likely the best starting place. Core would be more intermediate. With Hybrid coming in just before Tactical 4.
