Where did the monkiitraining.co site go??

As the monkii training site was not utilized much and added some clumsiness with having to access multiple sites, we opted to move the training information to our https://monkii.co/ site. Just click on the 3 lines in the top left corner, and select Train. It will then display the 4 premium digital manuals along with the 10x10 workouts (which are free). If you are interested in the Premium manuals, you can purchase them from the "Shop" section of our website. 

We also offer a wide variety of videos on our YouTube channel as well as our Instagram account.
