Please note that as of Sept 2020, there is still a lot of inconsistency in shipping time frames both within the US and overseas. Couriers will not guarantee timelines for arrival at this point. Most orders still arrive within a typical time frame (within a week for the lower 48 in the US, 2-3 weeks for overseas) but we have seen some orders take longer, including some more remote locations taking gas long as 12 weeks due to limited staffing and transport due to covid. This is not something we can do anything about, unfortunately, so please be aware that your order might take longer than normal. Orders ship within 24 hours M-F from our warehouse, and our fulfillment timeline has not had suffered any delays. This is all occurring after packages are picked up by couriers. They might spend more than normal at sorting centers waiting on customs or available transport, and they sometimes take weeks to process in overseas customs centers as well.
For orders placed within the US by December 19th, they should still arrive in time for the holidays. Please note we cannot guarantee this, as USPS ship times can vary as well as weather and other conditions that impact delivery times. Especially for Alaska and Hawaii.
For international orders, orders placed from early December on likely will not arrive for the holidays. There may be some exceptions to that, as some orders going to Canada and some parts of Europe often arrive more quickly, but a 3-4 week delivery time is common in most areas. Please be aware of this when you place your orders. We ship international orders via UPS and they are experiencing delays due to high shipping volume currently.
