You received your monkii bars, you downloaded the monkii app, you are all set up to go! And then...no sound. Now what?
Chances are you are using an iPhone if you are having this problem. You need to use the mute/silence button rather than the volume increase/decrease buttons.

James, I re-worded the article. Apologies for the poor description previously, I don't use an iPhone so was unaware there were different options for volume up/down and mute/silent. It is the mute/silent you need to press to engage the sound, as for some reason only on iPhone the default is mute. If there is a better name for that button, shoot me an email at info@monkii.co and I can fix it!
