Tactical 1 was written when we released the first incarnation of the monkii bars, the Minimalist. Tactical 2 was thus written for the monkii bars 2 release!
Both offer some insane workout challenges, including hundreds of reps of burpees, squats and dips. But they also offer some fun challenges including some that might take you into the depths of the jungles in the middle of the night!
