Are there customs or duty fees if I order from overseas?

Yes, if your country taxes or requires duties or customs fees on orders coming from the United States, you will want to be prepared to pay them. The shipping fee we charge only covers the packaging and the actual fee we pay to UPS to ship the products. We do not pay such fees in advance, nor we can reimburse them.

Most countries have customs websites set up, some with calculators, so customers can be aware of what they might be required to pay. Please ensure that you research this prior to ordering so you are not surprised when you have to pay a fee. We have no say in customs/duties/taxes, as those are set by individual countries.

We cannot change the value of the package so that customers can avoid paying these fees. 

We can provide a CE invoice if needed.
