Which company do you use for shipping?

Our fulfillment center ships most things via USPS. If that is unavailable they will select another option which might be UPS, DHL or FedEx depending on the current shipping status and where you are located. 

If you are international, including Canada and Mexico, your package may be handed off to a local post/courier. At that point, it is best to track with that company to ensure the most detailed and timely updates. If you do not know who that is, usually a quick Google search for "Who delivers USPS/Post in X country?" should turn it up. You can also track using a global site like parcelmonitor.com which can then tell you who it is being handed off to. As always, email us with any questions! Email monkii
